The “United States” is trying to overthrow the “United States of America”.

28 U.S. Code § 1746 is clear.

The United States of America is a constitutional republic.

The United States is a federal corporation per 28 U.S. Code § 3002

The United States citizen is a business per 15 U.S. Code § 4724

Foley Bros., inc v Filardo, 336 US 281 (1959) clarified that Congress only has territorial jurisdiction in the United States.

UCC 9-307(h) establishes that the United States is located in the District of Columbia.

42 U.S. Code § 1982 says property rights of US citizens should have the same rights enjoyed by white citizens.

You can see clearly here, the United States citizens, are not people at all, but rather corporate franchises of the United States corporation in the District of Columbia under the jurisdiction of Congress

These US citizen corporations, do not have access to constitutional protections afforded to citizens of the states
