I think all relay operators should get paid 1 sat per newly registered keypairs (and per month - to be considered).
Therefore all nsec must be linked to a LN wallet. In this manner spammer accounts can be avoided (loke this reply guy or something).
Any opinion?

Not exactly the same, because you can host your own relay, so you can't be "deprotocolled"
But I agree, seems pretty similar.
Anyone can set up a relay and go for these Rules. But I am happy, when people get an easy access to Nostr. Most people are not technically intrested. And most people do not consider using a cryptowallet. So I think this idea can be good for some users. But for most probably not.
How do people with 0 sats join?
I think that's pretty close to what's going to happen. Its already possible to make relays requires a payment to use - idk how to set it up, but one of my relays demanded a payment, which caused me to nix it. But spam will get too bad to use freelays eventually. Yes, I just invented that word.
