That happens already i believe. You only get ecash tokens when you send to the mint. Now the mint runner can take off with the real btc and you cant move anything

Don't think so. There's currently no way to prevent fractional reverse ecash mints.
Which is why I'm asking around because if we can crack that, ecash on bitcoin will be perfect.
