Fluffy frens and garden and growth DVMs are both "content filter" based DVMs. Meaning they look for certain words or hashtags or sentences that must be included, or can be included or definitely should not be included. By creating these lists it's easy to setup a new one looking for specific stuff, which could be fine art.
Definitely content with terms like PAINTING or ARTSTR. Unfortunately ART is abused for content that often has nothing artistic about it
