This is from a restaurant in Denmark called Alchemist, Michelin star and incredibly hard to get in! 👅

Sounds like your supposed to eat it (per 2nd pic description), but it’s silicon so last checked that’s not edible

Yeah but it’s the way it’s made and the type of silicone, guessing there is edible types of it 😂
