They're usually shooting Mexican military or beheading/raping the citizenry. Completely lawless border region.
Americans are sealing the border and cutting off their traffic lines. So, they're pissed.
Lots of money at stake.
I've heard plenty of these stories. Gross.
I see. This'll definitely hit their illegal immigrants market very hard, as well.
