Going to #NewMexico in a week to go backpacking. Going to check out Santa Fe before I leave too.

Any recommendations while I’m out there?

Fechin House museum in Taos

Thank you

Add hatch green chilli pepper to everything

Enjoy local architecture vernacular - Santa Fe is great for this

Hot springs

I miss green chiles in a can. No such thing in NZ. Carl's Jr used to make a Sante Fe chicken sandwich but they don't make them here in NZ anymore.

But I think nostr:npub1an6xs9jt6apmw45rmvu8pnspewdp6juwcgp76fk72ruky4dmcadqwfze63 is plant free

HGC is like a seasoning.

It adds flavor to 🥩, much like salt

I’ll try some for sure. Thanks for the tips.

You’re right Mike but I’ll try some. When in Rome.

Did you move to NZ from the US?

Yes, 20 years ago. I'm a dual citizen.

In Santa Fe, the most popular restaurant is the Old Train station serving authentic New Mexican cuisine. If you like spice, you’ll love it.
