When your intelligence is so low that you'd literally risk death or years of imprisonment to steal $200 -- or crack someone's skull in because "he look at me wrong" -- you not only "don't see the wrong in your action," you are incapable of seeing much of anything. We need to be more than an ocean's distance away from such beings.
