That was a good session in the #irontemple...

Up until the end. Just needed to do some #lat pulldowns but another person was on the machine.

So i waited.

And waited.

And waited.

20 minutes of waiting, she had only done 2 sets and was still on her phone.

At that point i left (other things to do..) and engaged grumpy old man mode.

I'm 49, i like my tech as much as the next 20 yr old, but you've paid your membership, took the trouble to go, so why play on your damn phone ???

Im old. I dont get the logic....🤯
