I read many of them. Those studies looked at a bunch of fat people then blamed meat and told you to eat soy, oatmeal and corn syrup.

Find me a statistically significant, not self reported study that looks at people with low body fat people eating a carnivore diet vs people in a "balanced diet" also low body fat.

If they don't take your current body fat into account then it's a nonsense study. Data points about fat and unhealthy people say nothing about animal protein.

Because it turns out when a human is fat (our bodies store animal fat) that leads to clogged arteries.

Open to seeing your studies but don't imply I didn't put in the work because I did.
