Take a look at the documentation. I understand what you're saying but we're expecting a 200 response and nothing is listed which implied no channels created to me... 🤷♂️ https://phoenix.acinq.co/server/api#list-channels
it will not create any channel until full FUND above threshold is received in increments from LN payments
