I mean, we're all way to aware of the fiat system running healthcare in America, so I'm guessing midwives are the way to go.

Midwives in us are usually licensed to an area, making it hard or pretty much illegal to provide services outside the area. Mostly, the licensing is by the state.
Right. So we need at least one midwifery in each state? 😃
I know there are some who live close to borders and they serve multiple states, but it's usually the rural areas so I guess it's worth it for the business.
