late GM!

Morning run complete. Trying some different strategies with the goal of 5 miles per session. Currently clearing about 2.75 miles in ~28 min.

Sometimes you don't realize your own progress when you forget where you started. I was barely able to run for a full minute a few months back.

It’s amazing how fast the heart can adapt. I always do better if I breathe in a pattern while running. πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
