Try primal.net or nostr.band to search for stuff.

Nostr and Bitcoin are not related, the only relation is Nostr uses similar public key cryptography used in Bitcoin for identity. It so happens that the authors of Nostr protocol are also Bitcoiners so there is some overlap in some of the projects. But like I said, Nostr works just fine without Bitcoin.

If you don’t like Bitcoin just uninstall your Lightning wallet and remove it from your Nostr client or use a client that does not integrate with Lightning wallets.
