He understands it. And I actually believe he believes what he says. He just doesn't understand the hypocrisy. There is a final block that doesn't get thru to some people. Some completely get Anarchy, and then other's just have difficulty. It's like #bitcoin, it takes a little while to finally get that final 'aha' moment.
