Exactly. The Supreme Court is really just a game of placating the public with the appearance of careful thoughtful construction of law through wise consideration of difficult cases, but what it really is is just a game of unintelligent activism followed by minimally restricting the activism in a way that does the least possible to protect the rights of the people.
