Epstein's autopsy found that his neck had been broken in several places, including the hyoid bone. Fractures of this bone are commonly seen in victims of strangulation. Reviewing over a thousand suicides by hanging in New York state prisons over the past 40–50 years, none had three fractures. Thoughts?
