Running an LN node for such a fee is not fair for me.
However, I would be happy if a private node relay were included(you can constrain the connections to that relay, and charge me the persistence fee of my notes)
Good question. What we're trying to prevent exactly is people starting Lightning Nodes, and not using them. That would be unsustainable in the long-run.
Are you planning on sending or receiving payments at least once per week? If so, then you should not have to get "guaranteed uptime", and your usage of Rizful will be free.

If you're planning on only sending or receiving payments infrequently, like only once or twice per month, then yes, you'll need to get "guaranteed uptime" to keep your node online....
