The down slope of an empire was something like:
- becoming fat and lazy (unproductive)
- debasement of the fiat
- bigger and bigger divide of wealth classes
- civil unrest/war (Venezuela inspiring a similar revolt in US because of distrust in government)
He maybe right about the fall, but not rise of china, china ngmi, communism never works
