Do Americans have to learn second language in school to graduate?but,American can't learn Chinese, too difficult.will go Crazy 😝.

We did when I was a kid. But the requirement for "learn" was fairly minimal. I think one semester. I took Latin and Spanish, and I can fumble my way through either of them, but I wouldn't say I'm anywhere close to knowing the language.
