Some people dont even get the payput because doctors lie on the death certificate. I was just watching a case on tv and yaaaaa

All types of insurance will try to not pay out. Completely unethical industry.
I had an issue where my ex-wife took our daughter to a certain doctor and listed her own insurance before mine when filling out the paperwork. Because of this, my insurance company was rejecting all of the bills because my insurance needed to be first. They wouldn't let me fix this without a copy of our divorce agreement. Every other bill (the ones I took her to) went through just fine.
It's like they try to play games in the hopes of people not having the will to play along.
