Dumb Q - USA is a bully - why the fuck don't the rest of the world stand up and say FUCK you and smack the shit outta the USA - not inn war or any violence but with their feet (money)

I know that they hold the reserve currency which is shit anyways but surely enough of the countries can stand together and say fuck you..

Will it cause war because they have the military or what will the consequences be? Sorry for the dumb q maybe but surely that's a possibility.
