It's unusual why auto reboot is locked unless you are opting in, which I would assume, enables everything else. iOS chose to add it after Cellebrite disclosures as a default feature that you can't toggle off, which is far better. It's so unnoticeable and a weird design choice not to just have it in Android.
I am a fan of MTE, and this does put it some edge over iOS' own lockdown feature in some regards.
