Replying to Michael Swiss

I've never used anything like that. My German bank has never blocked / banned me. I don't have to pay any bank account management fees, all transactions went smoothly, I never let myself be forced or put under pressure to use something like that.

PayPal is not a real bank but a American service company. Can you open a real bank account?

They are not a bank, but they do extensive service offerings with Bancorp and Synchrony Bank, both very vile institutions.
