The Universe is fully Conscious. It is you, it's your higher Self. Your human is the one awakening to its own Higher Consciousness, which is Universal Consciousness and beyond.

You can talk to your Universe all the time. It never loses consciousness like your human does. It (your universal self) is always listening. To listen to *it* (your "Divine/higher Guidance") what you can do is turn your awareness within you. See what your "inner vision" or "subtle whispers" presents to you.
