I’m excited to try it! We’re using our own honey too. If it turns out well after fermenting, we’ll have to try it with our gardens garlic + our honey.

I just met a local bee keeper. He gave me his card and told me he'd hook me up getting stared keeping bees. I need too.

Nice! This is our second summer doing it. Definitely lots to learn as you go but it’s worth while.
