It wasn't long after the last sale that there was an announcement of a $2B buy down on national debt. If another sale happens from this account keep an eye out for a debt buy down announcement. Could just be coincidence with the timing, but twice wouldn't be coincidence.

I do. They can sell their bitcoin once. They can give me sale prices. And then the network ends up less centralized after they'ce made their shot.
