I’m not running a relay in Oceana. But I know some other folks do run them locally.

just a joke - nobody can really know where admin from just based on entry geoip of relay. its good few folks are there from home/office line.

actually geoip is misleading since many asia/africa/latam are using renting remote vps or cloudflare entries ip which are mostly in america / eu

There are a lot of anonymous relays on Tor I imagine

i think design need to be peers.dat file in bitcoin chain. live discovery active n reachable only.
