My ISP appears to be blocking traffic to/from relays again, this happened earlier this year, too. Has anyone else experienced this?

My work network seems to block some relays but not all. Makes me wonder what the working relays are doing differently

I also wondered if it might be relay-related somehow but every single one was not connecting so I have to assume it's the ISP
