AI agents are growing smarter and more autonomous, but they still require management before they can handle a wide range of tasks independently in the workforce.

AI agents needs to be in an environment where the user knows it can be helped or supported. Outside of collecting or confirming data it cannot pivot other variables causing for a poor customer experience. Too many companies are forcing the play for cost reduction but in the end will only cause more retention and churn for their business.
