That's so cool! And yes, where we grow up brings certain views of reality that once we go other places proves to be a local thing.

I've often thought this of the people who believe in overpopulation, because they've only ever been in a huge city, and never driven across the country and seen the vast empty land that covers most areas between the coasts.

Sounds like you basically grew up in the opposite situation to those city dwellers.
