Are there any self custody wallets that are nip-57 compatible?

Not right now. The problem is LN addresses require a centralized provider. Of course you can always self host with BTCPayServer but still not nip-57 comprabile and not realistic for most users. Maybe a LN routing address to forward sats automatically could be done in stone way 🤔

BTCPay will have Zap support soon, and you can do forwarding with LNBits, for example.

I would be surprised if it takes long until some LNBits plugin supports Zaps. These guys are usually quick.
