To answer the country club question. The country club I belong to has a great course but also a great pool and social aspect/events for adults and kids. Since having kids it’s better not to calculate the cost of dues per round since I rarely play but we use the pool a ton and eat there often.

So yes, it’s a luxury if you can afford it
