The lady wasn't implying anything, she was telling a story, girls stealing salads, looking up guys name on LinkedIn, how's that not doing everything but doing the simplest and straightforward thing, going to a guy and ask him!! The answer is: Because they can't handle rejection.. At least behind a screen (they think) it won't hurt as much
If I'm minding my own business, and I get a notification on IG or LI from a stranger saying "hey, I took your salad, let me make it up to you!" like what?!! 😆, how I'm i the one to blame for not making a move? sounds like her logic is flawed to me
when she says things like: "why is it getting to this point, men just please step up" and "all different ways to try and talk to you because you guys don't come up to us" that would imply men have lost their courage, adventure or however you want to characterize it to me. But I am not going to get to deep into this, doesn't effect me its just how I see it.
"all different ways" to talk to us, expect the one that actually matters, the one that doesn't involve going thru hoops just to avoid direct contact because of fearing rejection.
men have always been the ones to step up, walking straight to girls and ask them out, it's kinda harsh to put their lack of engagement (which they almost never do, human like engagement, not scammer style stalking) on men, that's all I'm saying
