If you want to route payments you’ll need a few channels to start.

IMO it doesn’t make sense to have a channel with less than 1 million sats, preferably more.

Yes, a normal computer. No ASIC.

There are a lot of node runners on nostr around to help, with a lot more experience and knowledge as well!
