Sign up was difficult for me as I'm not very tech savvy. It took a few weeks to get a full profile set up. I even coached a friend and it 1 hour. We started with Astral and now both use damus.

I think Astral has been abandoned for a while if I’m not mistaken. Would not surprise me if it was hard to use.
Being tech savvy shouldn’t be an issue. If signup is hard or confusing, developers screwed the pooch
