I asked this because I want to hear criteria by which propaganda can be recognized. for example, once I came across video on youtube where some americans said that they liked putin because he cares about his people. probably they even said they want him as president of US. my thought was like - probably what this people really saying is - I hate my government, I hate it so much that I ready to believe that any other gov is better. so that means that when they hear something positive about putin, it just triggers their emotions about their government. that means that propaganda probably can be recognized by desire to feed you emotions.

but I haven't verified any of this )
