Sure! YouTube is a really a privacy abusive application, so it is better not to use it.

If you want to use it, then it is better to use an alternative front-end that gives you higher privacy compared to its original website or app.

You will be basically able to browse all the videos, channels etc. You just only use another "client" or front end to access them to get higher privacy:
