The next step for Bitcoin is for it to be exempt from capital gain tax or any tax at all. That's a way bigger goal than StRtAtiGic ReSerVe, once it's tax exempt as it should in every country (or many) then you will see real M.E. use case but before that it's all "bla bla bla".

I don't think it will happen on the base layer I don't care how hard people want it to but people want cheap and convenient but which is not a big negative since it's only for spending. The base layer and Liquid can handle SOV.
