I think you got to leave some room for human emotion. Women are programmed to be the principal carrier of that code. Irrational yes. Logical not always.
Is life is only about saving? Is that life purpose? Maybe for some. Or is it means to something else?
I get what you're saying. My point is that there's more in life worth spending your purchasing power on for your loved one. Travelling to experience new things/places and stack memories is infinitely more valuable than a diamond or material stuff for the sake of material stuff.
