TIL the 2S stands for Two-Spirited, which is an indigenous term, so I guess that’s why it was placed at the front. But the entire unpronounceable acronym feels like a big running joke, because it’s obviously never going to be enough and there will always be some group or person who feels left out, even when it’s 32 characters long.
