I recommended this back in 2020. Have the president issue an executive order to all federal agencies. Any infrastructure investment with at least a $25 million private investment has a 120-day approval process. The only one who can say no is the president. After 120 days it goes to the president’s desk for the yes or no. The bureaucrats then have to answer for their incompetence.
