Global can be cool once you remove a few of the free public relays, and use some paid relays.

I've struggled to figure this out...
Can you suggest a good combo? Which to eliminate, which to add? Do they need different configurations?

I will say that there is occasional spam, and every now and then I block or mute someone, but I haven’t had to do that for a few days now.
