Lol, I have no clue but you made me curious so i open Windy and shows currents from there going to black sea, moldova, romania, bg so the other way around

Anyway, pretty sure nothing tragic is gonna happen. It would need to be a big attack, even some explosions on the roof probably are harmless.
I don't know for Ukraine. There are lots of variables due to land and sea, mountains and where it is on the planet. Western Europe usually gets the full force of it. It generally goes west to east in the northern hemisphere and the opposite way in the southern hemisphere.
