i believe i have *some* idea.
i felt stupid after replying, seeing how old your note was. did not expect a response. wouldn't hate talking about Satan, tho.

Satan controls your every thought (and mine). Your every thought comes from Satan. You think its you giving you the thoughts, and it makes you feel good that you are so smart, but its all deception. We think we are so clever and independent, but its all an illusion to ultimately make us miserable and dispair.
how does anything good happen with all these Satan thoughts? how do people communicate different ideas that are counter to Satan's messaging?

The world is full of wickedness. No man is good. That which defileth proceeds from the mouth. Why do you think people tether to the word of God? If you are one with God, rivers of living waters proceed from your heart. Without it, we tear eachother down and nothing good comes of anything other than the burning of chaff.
how do you know the word of God from that of Satan?
The small still voice. "My sheep will know me by my voice". Christ said "No man come to the Father accept by me." God doesen't speak loud words, shout or force you. Its not easy, if it were, everybody would do it. Peace is the narrow path.
this makes sense in that nonverbal way. i guess it is a really hard concept to communicate.
thank you for sharing with me. i'm a lapsed Christian and there are times when i still find myself going over the ideas and methods of the practice.
sorting the figurative language and historical context from the core message can be hard. this helped a bit.
