Satograms are Lightning payments sent to your Lightning wallet. They most likely are just text messages. Zapvertisements on the other hand are sent through Nostr and Nostr clients usually will show the image, videos gif, or provide a clickable link.

which one? Zapvertisements? Whenever you go to send a Zap to someone on Nostr, you just add a link to a website or any link to media in the comment field. That's it!
