Workout Challenge combined with the #Bitcoin heartbeat! ๐Ÿงก

~ 144 Blocks a day (every 10 min)

Goal: 1 Push up, 1 Crunch, 1 Squat each Block!

๐Ÿซ„ 144 Crunches!

๐Ÿฆต 144 Squats!

The challenge goes till the next difficulty adjustment.

I struggle the most with push ups but I split the workout in a morning and short afternoon session to get the job done!

I am happy that nostr:npub1jz005en8k2rz0ug8wexw8s5gjhzxll73sydhg9wu4vplfrzykktsheh5z8 is in! That pushes a lot!
