Get rid of the welfare state, and then we won't care who comes over the borders. That will be the equalizer. And I doubt "tens of millions" are ALL violent criminals, that's a sweeping generalization. Most people have come here to better their lives and escape the awful places we (the U.S.) helped make corrupt.
