Nothing beats TR's soundtrack on the first one (I listen to it by itself), but the music is great throughout. He definitely set the tone—and yes, that atmosphere! Some of the best games ever made! It's been a blast revisiting. Loved Quake 3 Arena. I'm usually a solo mission kinda girl, but I played Q3 and Unreal Tournament until the wheels fell off. Lol
