Be me, push restore wallet instead of create one, so I put the seed of some of my empty BTC on-chain wallet. Then making a new one for L-BTC no seed needed for that one, didn't show me options for copy the seed or something just straight to the L-BTC wallet so how do I recover them after removing the app and not having a seed for that second wallet?

The seed for you LBTC is the same as this BTC onchain wallet you talked about. You will need to recover this wallet on Green then your LBTC wallet will recover as well

After recovering from the seed, indeed I did not get refund even if nostr:npub1psm37hke2pmxzdzraqe3cjmqs28dv77da74pdx8mtn5a0vegtlas9q8970 says they did, error 404 l-sats not found rip 23512 to be exact 😭
